Feccini - Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges within 2 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Customers must provide proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue.
2. Refunds
No cash refunds - Refunds will be issued as store credit or exchange.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Refund processing time: 3-5 business days after approval.
3. Return Process

2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. If approved, return shipping details will be provided.
4. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange or store credit.
Note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns for change of mind or wrong size selection are not accepted.
